|Please note, it's not the kind of allergy that will put me in mortal danger (it's not like a peanut allergy, for example), but it will make me ill if I eat it. Also, very strong odours, like stuffed green peppers or roasting eggplant, will make me feel nauseus.
Please let me know if you are unable to accommodate my needs and I will be happy to bring food for myself.

|If a list says "spices", it's best not to use it in food for me.|
Great alternatives to have on hand for me are meats, fish, rice, vegetables and salad (no peppers or tomato slices, but cherry tomatoes are easy to pick out).
