Part way through my day yesterday, I realized that I probably should have done a warm-up before lugging my two months of supplies with me for the day.  Did a bit of a cool down last night, while I sipped my Shepherd Neame “Master Brew” and nibbled my cheese. This morning, I took an extra half hour in bed to gently ease my body in to moving. I’ve done a little bit of research and found Breeze Yoga (breezeyoga.co.uk), and I’m sure I’m getting some of that in while I’m here!  Travel days from here on in will also include some body preparation for the exercise ahead.

Oh, the maybe 5 days of stage combat and dance that preceded yesterday’s travel might also have something to do with it.
