So I feel like I’ve let myself go a bit.  I’ve been having some trouble with my left foot and ankle, and I let that affect my exercise regime.  I still do my sword exercises now and then, but not as often as I should, and certainly not as often as I’d like.  Plus, I feel like my body is not as unified as it could be.  I’m in physio for the foot problem (It’s clearing up already, too!), and I’m going to start doing a little something every day.  I’ll let you know how it goes.  I think it’ll be Farmer Burns’ Physical Culture tomorrow morning.  See you then.
