  • we don’t have access to a gym or classes

Here’s a lot of great ideas to get you started.  Remember — especially if you haven’t been working out — listen to your body! If you are feeling pain, stop! You may even want to seek medical help, or the advice of a personal trainer, if you’re not sure.
